FAQ’s

Making a reservation or booking
-	Is it real time? Absolutely, this is a real time booking system where by you receive an instant confirmation to your nominated email address.
-	Can I make reservations in advance? Yes you can, it is subject to the terms & conditions of each golf course. Your booking is determined based on your chosen golf course’s days in advance booking rules.
-	Can I make a reservation as an individual player; is there a minimum requirement of players? There is no minimum requirement; the system will give you the appropriate selections at all times based on availability of your chosen golf course.
-	I am a member of a selected golf course that is listed with OGB, can I make a reservation? Yes you can. Provided the listed golf course allows its members to make an online reservation through OGB.
-	Do I need to verify my selected golf course membership, to make an online booking? Yes you do. The system requires you to identify your self, with your membership details for verification purposes, as OGB has a linked verification system with individual golf courses.
-	If I am a member of a selected golf course listed with OGB, do I have to make any payments with OGB for my self or my guests? No not at all. OGB system caters for such members and their guests which is also a service feature that has been linked to benefit such golf courses.
-	What if I cannot verify my membership to make a reservation? Unfortunately you cannot make a reservation as a privilege member of your selected golf course. However you can make a reservation as a normal guest following OGB guidelines and requirements. Or you need to contact your golf course directly to make your reservation.
-	Do I need to become a registered member with OGB to make reservations and are there any fees for such memberships? You need to register as a member to make online reservations and there are NO MEMBERSHIP FEES.

Changes & Amendments to reservations or bookings
-	How do I make a change to an existing reservation? Once you have logged in, you can select “My Account” and then “My Booking” then follow the prompts.
-	Can I make a change to my reservation or booking? Yes you can, 7 (seven) days prior to your date of play. You cannot make changes to your reservation during the 7 (seven) day period leading up to your date of play.
-	What if the golf course decides to change my booking, due to unforseen circumstances? In such situation, the golf course will advise you directly via email and you will be provided with an option to change the date to suite your requirements and convenience.

Payments
-	Do I have to pay upon my reservation or booking? A deposit payment is required, if you are not a member of the selected golf course that you wish to making the reservation. The balance payment is made at the golf course on date of play.
-	Is the deposit refundable? No refunds are available. A deposit payments is a token fee to cover administration costs and to reserve your booking with the appropriate golf course.
